This is more of a #throwbacksunday to May 1st if I can call it just that. The show was originally sold out in 4 minutes, way before I even had the time to log on to buy tickets. But I was determined to get into that arena to see the show, and two hours before the show they released a very limited amount of tickets. I called up my friend Ida with the good news and off we went! We expected some of the worst seats in the house, but surprisingly to us, it was only a few rows from the stage.
I have a long musical history with Adele. I first discovered her on myspace before she was even signed to a record company over ten years ago, and knew already then that this amazing artist was going to get far in the music industry. Her album 23 helped me through a tough period last year, and her new album 25 helped me even more (I think I’ve never heard songs as heartfelt and accurately describing as Hello and Set Fire To The Rain).
A little snippet from the show. I hope to see Adele in concert again, if I can handle the emotional songs live one more time ;)

Quotefulis not a word, but it should be, it would mean “full of quotes”. So this is my Tuesday full of quotes, inspiring and funny, bold and mindful, heartfelt and strong.
“People who work on things stay together, otherwise you’re gonna end up alone, like Cher”Hannah Helene Horvath (character on HBO’s GIRLS played by Lena Dunham
“It is not ignorance but knowledge which is the mother of wonder” Joseph Wood Krutch
“Love is friendship that has caught fire. It is quiet understanding, mutual confidence, sharing and forgiving. It is loyalty through good and bad times. It settles for less than perfection and makes allowances for human weaknesses”Ann Landers
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony”Mahatma Gandhi
“In order to properly understand the big picture, everyone should fear becoming mentally clouded and obsessed with one small section of truth”Xun Zi
“I don’t trust words. I trust actions”Unknown (but totally my mentality after a hard time last year)
“Every day do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow”
How I love all these amazing quotes from this person called Unknown! Such an inspiring person! Hahaha, juuuuuuust kidding ;)
