Instagram lately

As you know by following this blog, I’ve spent a great deal of the past months in one of my favourite cities in the world, Paris. Paris may also be the #1 photogenic city in the world, so it’s never hard to find the inspiration to take wonderful photographs here.

I met this amazing girl, Lykke, at a party a week ago! Hope to see you again soon, Lykke! We went to L’avenue the day after for some much needed orange juice and… carbs.

It was so wonderful to meet Garance Doré in person! I’ve been following Garance’s work for YEARS and we had a great talk about Scandinavia, social media and her creative media empire!

October Playlist

Fall is here, and winter is on it’s way. It’s time for cozy nights spent inside with great music, and long walks in the colorful nature paradise. My October playlist reflects just this, but is also filled with energetic tunes, Solange’s new masterpiece and a couple of Norwegian classics.

Have a listen here!

App of the week: Polaroid Swing

swing-app_product-images-450x400a

Yet again, polaroids are reinvented with another image app. As a big fan of the Polaroid brand, I was very excited to learn about the release of the brand new app Swing. The imaging app lets you shoot 60 burst photos that develop into animated images. This is not the first app of its kind, what sets Swing apart is that you control the playback of the moving picture with the motion of your phone and your fingertips.

Swing is still a very basic application, and you are not even able to comment on pictures yet. At the same time, Swing presents a pleasing minimalistic design in its simplicity and is very straightforward to use.
